Q How Do I Track My Order?

A To track your order, you can do the following: 

  1. Go to the online store and click on your order to know the status. Upon checking, you will see the status as Packed, Shipped, or In Transit.

We accept major credit cards and online payment platforms Shop Pay, PayPal, and GooglePay 


  1. Can I Return My Order? 

Yes, you can return your order but we only allow it based on the following conditions: 

  1. Manufacturer defect and the product is still covered by warranty
  2. The item is still in the original packaging 
  3. The merchandise is still in the same condition as when it was received. 
  4. Customer is unhappy with the purchase and asks for a refund or replacement 

If your item meets the criteria above, it is eligible for return and replacement. The return request should be made within seven days after purchase. Return or replacement will be made upon showing proof of purchase. It is worth noting that there are also other items that cannot be covered by the no return, no exchange policy, such as digital goods, groceries, perfumes & fragrances. 


Q: I want to return an item that is still under warranty but the return/replacement period has lapsed, how can I return and replace the order

  1. No worries, You can still return the item and have it replaced by calling the manufacturer directly. 

Q: How long does shipping take? 

  1. Shipping normally takes 3 - 5 days depending on where the parcel will be delivered. Also, the shipping time will be affected by various factors such as weather conditions or political situations. 

Q: I changed my mind, can I cancel my order? 

A: If your order has not yet been shipped, we can still process the cancellation and refund your money if it has already been paid.
